i think this game is really good, ive noticed improvements, 1 the 2011 demo was laggy on my old pc, but the new demo can run on low on my low powered laptop BETTER than my old computer and it was more powerful then my laptop! and the visuals looks like i will lagg on a xbox! its so good looking! hope to see more improvements!

What a great game! 276

This game is pure epicness! I've just tried the may demo, and I'm impressed out of my mind. Great graphics and physics, and I love the gameplay! I really hope this game will be released soon! If I may suggest a few things; add lots of vehicles and please do big and diverse maps! Freemode would also be epic, and a map editor would be priceless. Just my thoughs on what would be good to add to the game. Thanks for doing this, I love it!

I was amazed when I installed this game at the huge level of detail in the game physics and design.

I look forward to the finished game, I will probably get it :)

I hope to see more features like more maps, missions, more truck types and so on.

everything about this game will be great!
one thing that we need though is a winch to help get us unstuck in the trees! I spent 3hrs trying to upright my truck when it went off the road and got wedged between the trees!

I came across the game, and said, hey, I'll give it a go. It was mostly worth the waiting I did for it to download.

The Good: Graphics(outstanding)
Ease of use(excellent)
Ground deformation(awesome)

The Bad: Truck RPMs(way to low)
Differentials(front wheels work
opposite rear wheels)
Sounds(very repetitive)

Would I recommend this game? Yes

I can't remember how I found this game but I love it. Took me a while to get used to how to change gears efficiently in game but once I worked it out I had so much fun. Purposely getting stuck in the mud. Crashing into a a bank and getting the diff stuck. going up a hill only to half stall it while doing so causing a massive tree destruction moment. In the end I love this game.

Excellent concept! The beta ran flawlessly on my machine. The ground deformation physics and vehicle ground handling physics are some of the very best I've seen so far.

Suggestions for future releases:

Technical suggestions:
-In-cab view with clickable controls
-Support for game controllers and clutch support
-Realistic rendition of transmissions for each vehicle (main gearbox, transfer case, etc)
-Selectable hubs/diff locks as appropriate
-Damage modelling for vehicles
-Ability to change ambient temps, weather, day/night cycle
-Winch, power-take-off and powered trailer options
-Include an 'advanced' mode for vehicle engine physics modelling (oil viscosity, oil pressure, coolant temp (overheating), cold starts, warm starts, choke, etc)

Gameplay suggestions:
-Introduce 'industries' on the maps which require resources to continue operating. Player can 'sign-up' to deliver said resources (can be a variety) using a variety of vehicles. Points awarded for on-time delivery/processing of resources, etc. Maps can be diverse and be open desert-type terrain, all the way to mountainous regions with thick foliage and the like with a range of weather conditions and natural hazards to challenge the player
-Have a 'trial truck' map with checkpoints that need to be passed with hazards and difficult terrain to negotiate along the way (please try not to put too much emphasis on time-based scenarios...but focus more on having the player complete the track in a timely and careful manner, rather than forcing them to race through the checkpoints)

It's refreshing to see a game such as this in development. Please keep it up!

For me it's a very cool game, mainly due to more realistic environment, particularly distortive ground, but there is need to modify some transmission, control at high speeds ,bigger hills but not too much .. add to the cab driver's view of the first and third person. Screenshot mode. then, winch, windshield wipers, new cars, jeeps, tanks, etc. otherwise I am glad that something came out .. these have my full support :)

Pretty nifty tech demo 130

I'd like a few things worked on but overall it's fun. Runs like butter on my Socket 939 machine from yestercentury too, which is surprizing. But welcome...uhh...wouldn't mind larger maps and a LAN mode. Perhaps some faster vehicles too, I know Russian trucks aren't exactly setting land speed records but I'm pretty sure they can make more than 25MPH or so.


My main actual 'complaint' is consistency. I can drive up and down a given hill thousands of times without the terrain making a single dent and without any wheelslip. Then, at random, it will dig in and not go anywhere at all, on the same exact spot I'd run over thousands of times.

Finally, 4WD'ing done right! 118

This is a great demo! I love the deformable terrain and the lighting, very cool. Also, the premise of picking up cargo and dropping it off at a warehouse is neat and is a breath of fresh air. I'm glad it's not following the typical racing model.

I just hope that the developers really want fan feedback and will listen to the community. There is a niche of 4WD gaming begging for a decent 4WD simulator.

It needs FREE ROAM, MULTIPLAYER and MODDING TOOLS shipped with the final release. These 3 things are MUST HAVES if this title is to be successful. The 4WD community is screaming for a game with these 3 options.

Please, developers, listen to the community and you will have a sure winner on your hands. There is a reason why people are STILL playing old 4WD games such as EVO 2.
