Ok guys. An update. My map is pretty much in Full release stage. I'm not too sure when to release it though. It really turned out to the feel that I wanted: A good representation of the east coast and in particular North Carolina. Not bad in you live in Maine either.

Looks good!

Is this the map that just released on spintires.nl? If so, looking forward to playing it.

If you still need testers in the future, I'm definitely up for it.

Looks good !!

The only thing that disapointed me was the waste having all the water area where you could have put in a BUNCH of more hills, trails, roads, etc.

It looks like about 5-10 miles of water out there.  Personally, I like to leave maybe 1\2 - 3\4 mile of water.

Well, I knew that. It's just that I thought I would make things work without having to basically start from scratch. I can promise that my next map (I'd say it's around 30 percent done) has plenty of hills, ponds, farmland, and will be way more broad and will appeal to more people. It's hard for me to make realistic difficult trails with the editor, but I'm finding my place. I'll post some pics sometime!

Wow. So I've went a month with no posts. But the good news... I'm around 70 percent done on my map. I'm still working out a lot of details, but the majority of my new map is done.

Here is some thing pretty to look at. I guess lol. I've been working hard to make some decent realistic rock sections. I still ain't comfortable with rocks yet because honestly I don't encounter them very often because it's just not my personal favorite. Hope it looks promising.

Looking good, may want to spread the rocks a foot apart though, but keep rocks side by side from left to right.

No map is the same without a canyon. We even have them here in NC.

Wow. Almost another month without a post. Good news. The map is 90/95ish% Done. Some things came out great-- some things need some work, but I feel like My skill level has increased so much through this journey of my New map. I'm about ready to move on from this project knowing that I will be able to create some cool things in the future. Over 3 months... 200 hours editing...100 +/- hours testing... This map will be a blast for everyone.

Expect the release soon.

RR.
