The long awaited 'yellow' HST is now available for free to HST Buffer Pack Steam customers. Requires RailWorks, HST Buffer Pack (from Steam).

We have just finished our new and improved Support Ticket Center. It should make your life easier by providing you with easy to use, clarity, simplicity and fast loading times.
You can now reply to tickets responses, check estimated response times and you'll also find a complete archive of all your support request and responses. So if the same problem arises later, you can easily check back rather than producing a new ticket.

It's that time of the year again where everything winds-down for the season, including Oovee! - Everyone here would like to thank you for your continued support and interest during 2009 and we hope you have a safe and enjoyable Christmas/New Year.
2009 has been rather interesting for us with the announcement of our first two games and the continued production of RailWorks addons. Although not much has entered our store this year we do hope productivity will increase by 2010. It’s been tough finding our feet but I feel we are now on the right tracks in order to bring you some really nice products.
We cannot thank you enough for the support and encouragement on the UKTS forums.
RailWorks HST Buffer customers should now be transferred to Steam. And RailSimulator HST Buffer customers should now have detailed information on how to re-download their product if required and/or download the RailWorks version for free if they choose to upgrade in the future.
No matter the size or cost of the products purchased from Oovee Entertainment we aim to provide high levels of satisfaction in our customer service responses. We hope so far this has been successful.
2010 should bring the completion of Forklift Simulator and a number of RailWorks addons such as the Class 156, Class 04 and a selection of UK wagons.
So once again Merry Christmas and we'll see you in the new year!

As announced in a previous news post we have now withdrawn our Rail Simulator products from sale, current customers will still get full support for their purchased product and will still have the option to re-download if required.
For the current HST Buffer customers using RailWorks - the transfer to Steam will commence very soon (waiting on eLicense). You will receive an email with instructions and shortly after that the Network Rail HST will be available for free to customers.
